CSN Mattresses is one such product from them where they intend to provide customers with high quality organic mattresses.

Since a recent article from them sounds healthy and emphasizes on the importance of a proper healthy sleeping habit, i am embedding this article of theirs for the benefits of my readers.... Here it goes....

"Late night study sessions, early morning parties, and 8am classes. This is the routine of the average college student. A lifestyle like this places concerns about sleep to the back of the mind. According to CBS News, college students average just 6-7 hours of sleep a night, which raises the concern that most students are not spending enough time sleeping on their Simmons beauty rest to accomplish what they are truly capable of.
All-nighters, unfortunately, have become habit for many college students today. This is not good, according to a handful of small new studies which have shown the negative effects of this bad habit. While it should be given that you can't do your best work when you're sleep-deprived, two-thirds of the students reported pulling at least one all-nighter during the semester. Short-term side effects of sleep deprivation include delayed reactions and tendencies to make mistakes. Pulling an all-nighter compromises your sleep and makes it difficult to reach your full academic potential.
Sleep experts agree that every individual’s ideal number of sleep hours vary, for instance some people can get by with only five or six hours, The National Sleep Foundation says that every adult need seven to nine hours a night.
A common trend amongst students has been to supplement their sleep with performance enhancers like heavy intake of coffee/tea for caffeine supplements. This significant increase in caffeine can create a moderate amount of euphoria. These also improve the endurance of the upper body muscles. The apparent danger of such outburst in caffeine levels can be observed when copious amounts are consumed. Excess use can cause several health related issues including irritability and anxiety.
The best solution for college students is to maintain a consistent level of sleep. Seven or nine hours, the important factor is consistency so that your body can register the necessary hours every night. With all that goes on in a college student’s life this sort of consistency is tough to come by, but if a student can maintain a routine sleeping pattern then his or her performance will greatly benefit." - Courtesy, CSN Stores.com & its marketing team.

Can we learn something from them ????

It was the same day a decade back when i was 15 or so (8th June 1999 India vs Pakistan world cup), when i saw the Little master batting for the first time in front of me, yes he might have started playing well before that day but my fate i was not matured enough to adore him till then....

( If i adore the pakistan cricket team for some reasons, the major one would be the passion that they have triggered in the minds of the people from both these countries (India and Pakistan), but for them, i am not sure if this sport would have reached this height even after a decade from now. )

" 2 more potato Bajjis ...." as i placed my order, i got a kick from my dad reminding me of my maths tuition....what on earth can be more humiliating when India is fighting against pakistan and one has to go out to attend his maths class ???? As mentioned, i am still not a well known fan of Sachin but a die hard fan of the Indian team.... As always i paid respect to those kicks from my dad and continued watching the match lols.

four and a six both in the same over and thats it, no more tuition for the day - decision taken finally and one more hit on my forehead for the same and i continued watching the match.... one more four and i took this as a present from the master for my birthday which was the day next.... and the story goes on....

Coming back to the square numbered one, how many stories will we all be having similar to this one said above? a ton, a trillion, etc etc and no one can count it....every individual in this country be it a youngster or an old retired army general, each of them will be having tons and tons of similar stories where they have adored Sachin for his batting and grace.....and ironically the numbers of these stories multiply to several folds when it comes to how many times have each one of us screwed / disgustingly scolded the same little master when he let us down each and every time we thought he would win the match for us....so will he be flying on cloud number 9 for the latter or digging himself in shame for the later ones????

so lesson # 1 from the master : The whole world around you is not what they think about you, but what you think about them.... If you pay respect to someone's comments about you or your personality, the end of your growth starts then.... Little has Sachin ever worried about reports from magazines or public comments when ever he let us down, but he has never failed to prove that his come backs are even powerful than the previous ones.... "Yanai vizhundha ezhundhuka time agum, nan kudhurai, saattuu nu ezhundhuduven..." This is my thalaivar's epilogue on his chandramukhi's inagural speech (yet another personality i adore for his attitudes )

When its nice to be such a big public icon, its terribly worse when fate takes you at times in the wrong directions where you got to face the mass under unavoidable circumstances. What attitude within this little brain gives him the power to blast through the impact of other's opinions on him or his life style?

"It has been fantastic having a ringside view of this journey, watching a cricketer, and a person, grow. But one thing hasn't changed. He still approaches every game like a child would a bar of chocolate, feeling happy and fortunate"

One single line to show why he is undisturbed is this, he sees every single game as a new encounter and tries to enjoy the opportunity given to him. For people who dont know much about spinal injuries and problems, i have seen my dad and uncle suffer from this chronic illness throughout their career and its really hard to make both the ends meet with this pain on your back literally anytime you sit or stand by yourself.... and how in this world did this guy play 2 decades of evergreen cricket? the truth is everytime he gets into the field, even if he feels the slightest disturbance on his back, he gets a a shot of painkiller from his physio to ensure that he does not dissapoint the crowd or his own desire to hit a century on that particular day. what an attitude? how many of us are this dedicated to what we do or what we do to others in our life?

We are definitely put to shame every day this little master performs.... It is definitely not an easy task for anyone to become the worlds greatest cricketer ever and to retain this crown of thorns all over his life.... To my knowldege, any great book of cricket can only teach us how to play a cover drive, but a person when he sees this master play a cover drive instantly thinks of this is how a cover drive must be. no book can ever teach someone or no coach can ever coach someone to become an another little master....

to be honest, even Sachin cannot coach another Sachin in his life time, its only one Sachin that god was able to create for one reason, its not all about just cricket that makes a person called sachin, but the qualties and attitudes in this little person that makes this big sachin. So even if God creates an another Sachin, not sure if that replica will be able to replicate these qualities and character too.

Scoring more marks than your friends, bagging recognitions admist your colleagues, being richer than your friends, being smarter and able to flirt well than your opponents, etc etc, when such childish/not so worthy stuffs can bring pride into our lives, right from 2005 till now, i have seen this little master almost break atleast one international record per series that he plays for India and i really adore this tremendous power within himself which controls the take over of pride over him and thats one simple reason why he is still able to play the same way he played 2 decades ago....

Each and every time he scores a century, we tend to make this statement cooly that " i think the sachin of 90's is back ....blah blah" but little do we do to forget the fact that he is still the same little master and its we who tend to change according to situations and series....

One little thought that these great personalities like our little master and our super star pass on is the same "Never let success go above your head or failure go below your feet, always keep them both behind you so that you still go in search of them and let them come behind you if they still want to...."
